Start by choosing whether the message is from a developer/studio or a site user. The topic list and required fields adjust from there.
For developer messages, include the game title and Steam App ID or store URL so the message can be matched to the right placement or app record.
For user feedback, include the page, tool, or account flow you were using, such as library sync, wishlist sync, search, or game pages.
For contact corrections, include the preferred developer, publisher, or support contact and the related Steam App ID.
